 Coyle is a native Texan born in Abilene Texas and has lived in most areas of Texas except the border areas and the coastal areas, mainly due to the fact he doesn’t like the heat and humidity.  He grew up in a family that had three children and two parents.  They traveled a lot due to his father’s career in Banking.  Most of his early childhood was spent in the western part of Texas and eastern New Mexico, where he developed a love of the outdoors.  He went to Temple High School in Temple TX, and graduated with a BA in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He just wanted to be the boss. Coyle immediately entered the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate industry and moved to the Dallas area.  He is a 22-year veteran of the Mortgage Lending business and 20 years of those are in Collin County.  He currently works for Supreme Lending as a Dallas-based mortgage banker.   He had early success in his chosen career, leading to many management positions.  He was the boss.   He chose his career as a profession not just a job. He has a very strong desire to remain a professional that operates on honesty and integrity.  Sometimes this desire seems to go against the grain but he is committed.  Coyle has three beautiful children, is currently “single again”, and still enjoys the outdoors and all the activities that go with it, including golf, hunting, camping, water and snow skiing.  And, he still practices a little carpentry on the side to keep his ax sharp.

 Umesh Tony Kukreti was born in 1954 in India. Finished his high school, intermediate college and then joined B. SC. Agriculture at U. P. Agriculture University at Pant Nagar. In 1973, Tony migrated to the USA and joined his family in Champaign, Illinois where his father was a doctor and professor at the College Of Veterinary Science. There he did his Associate Degree In Applied Science in Data Processing.  In 1975, he joined Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois with a major in Computer Science and Business as minor. There in 1977 he also joined “USAF” R.O.T.C program with the ambition to be a fighter pilot. He was assigned a choice of “Navigator” or the “Missiles” but he decided to quit United States Air Force.  In 1980, he moved to Dallas/Fort Worth. Here he ventured with a variety of businesses including an international janitorial company franchise, international catering, owned two Italian restaurants and a landscaping business. He later joined Texas Instruments Semi Conductor Manufacturing Division. Since his brother was a Realtor in Champaign, Illinois, in 1993 he resigned from Texas Instruments, decided to do a little world travel and get in to Real Estate. In 1995, he got his license and then traveled extensively.  So far he had been to approximately 46 countries. This is his 10^th year with Century 21 Judge Fite Company in Plano, Texas.  He speaks fluent English, Hindi, Urdu and understands Punjabi, Gujarati and Bengali. He enjoys flying, adventure travel, hunting, fishing, photography and horseback riding. In 1971, he represented his State Of Uttar Pradesh in an under 19 cricket team. Currently his Nephew “Rahul Kukreti” is USA National Cricket Team Captain. Other sports he enjoys playing or watching are cricket, basketball, football, badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis and fencing.

 Rodney was born in Garland, Texas in 1966.  He attended GISD, graduated from South Garland High School in 1984.  He has one younger brother.  After high school, he worked security at Target, catching shoplifters.  He was trained by the best and was very good at apprehending and processing shoplifters.  He joined the US Army in 1987.  Trained at Ft. Sill, OK where his grandfather has trained during WWII.  His grandfather attended his graduation.  After training, he was stationed in Germany as a combat medic.  He was one of 1000 men on the Czech border.  The curtain was still up.  Looking back, those were the best two years of his life.  His final two years he was stationed in the middle of the Mojave in California.  He worked ina  busy emergency room (Weed Army Hospital), responded to EMS calls, and performed many medical procedures under the director of the Army nurse or doctor.  He passed his real estate exam on the first try in 1995.  Rodney started at Century 21 Homesellers in Garland.  In 1996 and on his 30^th birthday, he married Jill.  He also joined Coldwell Banker Apex, REALTORS^® that same year.  His broker is Lori Arnold.  For many years it was just Rodney, Jill and a cat named Grayson.  He had character and was very popular with their friends and family.  Everyone always wanted to know about Grayson.  A big surprise for Rodney and Jill in 2005…they had a baby boy…Cameron Mikel Rowan.  So, at 39, he had his first baby.  He is two years old now.  Jill loves her little baby boy.  He has two sets of great-grandparents.  One last thing…they collect postcards…so, please send them one on your next vacation!

 June was raised in Olney, Young County, Texas.  She graduated high school from Olney High School.  She moved to Cedar Hill, Dallas County, with her husband and son and went to work for the Dallas County Sheriff in 1971.  She worked her way up from a clerical employee to Deputy Sheriff.  She worked under four different County Sheriffs.  She worked in the jail, as Crime Scene Investigator, Fingerprint Technician, Bailifff in the courts, and finally as a Grand Jury Coordinator for the Dallas County Grand Jury.  June worked for 14 Criminal District Judges and ran four Grand Juries simultaneously.  She became divorced, retired from Dallas County after 30 years, then remarried a wonderful man and moved to Farmersville.  Her son and his wife live in Royce City with June’s five grandchildren, whom she adores.  She also has a stepson and three grandchildren in Farmersville who participate in her life daily.  She lost her husband of eight years to a heart attack in 2004.  She then decided she needed more than retirement and went to Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.  She signed on with Bob & Dixie Shinn at RE/MAX Country Northeast in Farmersville, and they have been wonderful examples for her to follow.  She completed the “100 Days to Greatness” program Brian Buffini with Randal Shinn as her mentor.  She recently was asked to manage the new Princeton branch of RE/MAX Country Northeast.  After only being open for one month, they lost Bob Shinn, her broker, to heart surgery.  She hopes to honor his memory by participating in the Texas REALTORS^® Leadership Program and making a hugh success of the Princeton office.
